AGREEMENT

“Applicant” hereby applies to AAA Truck Wash, LLC., (AAA Truck Wash) to open a commercial charge account in Applicant’s name and hereby requests AAA Truck Wash from time to time to extend credit to enable Applicant to purchase services or merchandise from AAA Truck Wash for business or commercial purposes only. All Statements made herein are true and accurate to the best of our knowledge.
We authorize AAA Truck Wash to make all inquiries necessary for action on this credit application.We hereby indemnify AAA Truck Wash and its agents from any liability resulting from this application.
Note that any account over 30 days past due is subject to interest charges of 1.5 percent per month (18% APR) on the unpaid balance where allowable by law, as well as attorney’s fees, court costs, and other costs of collections.
In the event a check is returned to us by our bank, a $35 fee will be added to your account. Credit accounts may be suspended at any time. We agree to abide by the AAA Truck Wash Terms of credit and sales as published on AAATruckWash.com
